Kohl Gill has launched a start-up company called LaborVoices(LV), aimed to eliminate human trafficking and other labor abuses in India, and the rest of the world. LV promotes transparency in labor markets by allowing migrant workers around the world to fact-check prospective employers and employment conditions by accessing the LaborVoices mobile phone application. LaborVoices is a migrant worker job review portal that maintains employer reviews created by workers for workers.

LV is looking for partners to become part of a unique, groundbreaking social entrepreneurship initiative that will improve the global labor market and positively impact the lives of millions.
